Neste livro, conseguimos compreender como a igualdade de género está mais perto de ser atingida comparativamente, com os longos anos de luta anteriores, mas, também como essa aproximação ainda não se encontra mundialmente respeitada.

She believes men and women are moving forward to create gender identities that are not only more fluid, but also more co-operative than in the past.

Ao longo do debate, lemos os vários argumentos utilizados por cada uma das convidadas e, de como sendo as quatro feministas têm pareceres diferentes quanto à aproximação, e, em alguns casos, ultrapassagem bem-sucedida das mulheres nos vários setores deixando ou não, eis a grande questão, os homens para trás.

Eu não acho que o género masculino vá ser deixado algures num espaço e tempo e, nem tão pouco concordo com essa abordagem. Para mim, o ideal é lembrarmos que somos seres humanos que partilham o mesmo planeta, necessidades, deveres e, prazeres. E, que por isso, devemos encontrar um balanço (a igualdade de género) para que ambos os sexos sejam respeitados e valorizados de forma mútua.
